Is there a fee to become a partner?
No. Registration is free and you receive your personal referral link and marketing toolkit.
What if a customer buys a few days later?
Eligible referrals can be remembered for the programme’s current tracking period. This requires permitted marketing tracking in the same browser. Our tracking information explains how it works.
How do monthly levels work?
Your valid paid orders during one calendar month determine your level for the next. Your level can rise or fall each month, subject to any agreed personal minimum.
When can I request a payout?
The current holding period and payout threshold are shown in your partner account. Refunds, cancellations and disputed payments can reduce or remove a commission, with the reason shown in your history.
How do registration bonus codes work?
Enter a valid code during registration to receive the bonus assigned to that campaign. It is awarded once and becomes available after your first valid referred sale completes its holding period.
