Contracting and payment entity

IDL Bali is the customer-facing service and trading name used on this website. The contracting and payment entity for online orders is Global Tech Provider FZ-LLC, Company Registration No. RAKEZ20261421, FDRK9481, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. It receives payments processed through Stripe and is responsible for customer payment, refund and dispute handling.

Nature of the service

The product supplied by IDL Bali is a private multilingual driving licence translation prepared from information and document images submitted by the customer. It is a translation document only.

It is not an official driving licence, International Driving Permit (IDP), government document or independent grant of driving rights. It does not replace an official IDP where one is legally required and it must always be carried with the original, current national driving licence.

IDL Bali is not a police authority, licensing authority, government body, AIT/FIA organisation, insurer or vehicle-rental company and does not claim endorsement, appointment or approval by any such organisation.

Customer eligibility, authority and accuracy

The customer must be at least 18 years old, hold a current national driving licence and have lawful authority to submit every name, image, signature and personal detail included in the application. The customer warrants that the information and documents are authentic, complete, current, lawful and not misleading.

The customer must review all information before payment. An administrator may correct an obvious transcription error after comparing the submitted images, but IDL Bali is not obliged or able to authenticate the issuing authority, detect every alteration or independently verify every fact.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for loss, rejection, delay, reprinting, redelivery, claims or regulatory consequences caused by false, altered, unauthorised, incomplete or inaccurate material supplied by the customer.

No acceptance guarantee

Rules vary by country, licence type, nationality, length of stay and intended use. IDL Bali does not guarantee acceptance by police, border authorities, courts, rental companies, insurers, employers or any other third party. Before driving, the customer must confirm the current requirements directly with the relevant authority, rental provider and insurer and obtain any official permit required by law.

Review, refusal and fraud prevention

IDL Bali may request replacement material, pause, refuse or cancel an application where information is incomplete, unreadable, expired, inconsistent, appears altered, infringes another person's rights, creates a security concern, or cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled. Suspected misuse may be preserved and disclosed where required by law.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

The selected format, validity period, delivery fee, currency and total price are displayed before Stripe Checkout. An order enters production only after payment confirmation and application review. A Stripe receipt or payment confirmation does not by itself mean that submitted documents have been approved.

Personalised production and changes

Each translation, digital file, printed booklet and card is personalised. The customer must report corrections immediately. Once personalised production or digital supply has begun, changes, cancellation or withdrawal may be limited where permitted by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory right that cannot legally be excluded.

Delivery and customer address

Delivery estimates begin after review, approval and production. Bali and Indonesia delivery is offered free of charge and targeted within 24 hours; worldwide FedEx delivery is targeted for up to three business days. These are service targets, not guaranteed deadlines. Customs, remote-area handling, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients and courier events may cause delay.

Digital verification

The QR code and private verification page confirm only that a translation record exists in the IDL Bali system and show its recorded validity. They do not verify the authenticity of the original licence, create driving entitlement, or require a third party to accept the translation.

Prohibited use

The service must not be used to impersonate another person, conceal an expired or suspended licence, misrepresent driving entitlement, submit malicious files, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, evade a legal requirement, or create the appearance of government endorsement. The customer must not reproduce or alter the product in a misleading way.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDL Bali and Global Tech Provider FZ-LLC are not liable for a third party's refusal, fines, vehicle-rental refusal, insurance decisions, missed travel, indirect loss, lost profit or consequences of driving contrary to local law. The maximum aggregate liability arising from an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer remedy. The customer remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted material and for compliance with driving rules.

Governing law and mandatory rights

These terms and the online transaction are governed by the laws applicable in Ras Al Khaimah and the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there, except where mandatory consumer law gives the customer non-waivable rights or another compulsory forum.
