Affiliate Programme Terms

Participation and accounts

Joining is free. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business you register. Provide accurate details, confirm your email and keep your credentials secure. One account and one registration bonus per person or business are permitted. We may review applications, request relevant verification and suspend accounts for fraud or material breaches. Participation creates an independent referral relationship and does not authorise you to bind, represent or incur obligations for IDL Bali.

How referral tracking works

Use your assigned referral link, banners or personal QR. Where the visitor permits marketing tracking, the programme stores a first-party referral cookie for the period shown on the programme page. A subsequent direct visit in the same browser can remain attributed within that period.

Tracking depends on browser and device behaviour, permitted cookies and a valid active link. Refusing or withdrawing consent, deleting cookies, private browsing, browser restrictions or buying on another device or browser can interrupt attribution. We do not promise that every referral will be technically identifiable. We do not circumvent the visitor’s privacy choices.

The last eligible affiliate link used before order creation receives attribution. A direct visit does not replace it. The affiliate recorded when the order is created remains associated with that order through payment. Tracking and marketing campaign statistics can differ because they use different counting rules. Visits are counted once per visitor per partner per day; unique visitors use the programme’s first-party visitor identifier.

Eligible sales and commission calculation

Commission is generated for identifiable referred orders after the payment provider confirms a successful USD payment. It is calculated on the product value actually paid after discounts, excluding delivery and separately charged taxes. No commission is earned on unpaid, test, fraudulent, cancelled or fully refunded orders. The applied rate, original commission and subsequent corrections are recorded. Amounts are calculated in USD cents and rounded to the nearest cent. The programme is for order commissions and does not grant ownership of customers or a permanent right to all their future purchases outside the referral window.

Monthly levels and personal minimums

The current starting rate and monthly tiers are displayed on the programme page and in the dashboard. Valid paid orders in the preceding calendar month determine the following month’s level. Calendar boundaries use Asia/Dubai. Rates can rise or fall monthly. An individually approved minimum rate provides a floor; higher earned tiers can still apply. Refunded, cancelled and disputed orders are excluded when the level is calculated. Corrections discovered later do not rewrite already recorded commission rates. Administrator changes apply to subsequent commission calculations and never retrospectively change the rate of an existing sale.

Holding period, refunds and disputes

Commissions remain pending for the holding period shown in your dashboard. Cancellation or a full payment refund removes the commission; a partial refund reduces it proportionally. When the payment provider does not identify refunded line items, the refunded product amount is allocated in proportion to the product’s share of the order total. The order record remains visible with an explanation of the cancellation, refund or correction.

Payment disputes can withhold or remove commissions. If an affected commission has already been paid, the corresponding amount becomes a balance adjustment recoverable from subsequent earnings. An open payout request may be cancelled when its underlying balance changes, so you can request the corrected amount. A cancelled order does not itself confirm that a bank refund has been completed; the explanation reflects the recorded payment status.

Registration bonus coupons

A valid registration campaign code grants the bonus amount assigned to that code once to a newly registered account. Codes may have an expiry date, registration limit and activation status. Enter the code during registration; it cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with another registration code. The bonus is shown separately and becomes available after your first valid referred sale completes its holding period. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals or fabricated transactions do not qualify. Bonus grants already recorded are not changed by later edits to the campaign amount.

Bank payout requests

Request payment when your eligible available USD balance reaches the programme’s current threshold. Complete correct beneficiary and bank details first. An open request reserves its included earnings; new earnings continue to accumulate. Only one open request is allowed per account. Each request retains the bank details submitted with it. Contact support promptly if those details are wrong.

Payouts are reviewed and sent manually by bank transfer. “Paid” means a transfer has been recorded by the administrator; the receiving bank controls settlement time, currency conversion and any receiving-bank charges. There is no guarantee of a particular receiving-bank exchange rate or arrival date. You are responsible for your own applicable taxes, invoicing and reporting obligations. We may request relevant payout documentation. Rejected requests show a reason and release the reserved balance. Valid unpaid earnings remain subject to these terms after account suspension or programme closure.

Permitted promotion and materials

Use truthful descriptions and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required. IDL Bali supplies a private multilingual translation of customer-provided details from a valid national driving licence; it is not a government-issued International Driving Permit and does not grant driving rights or guarantee acceptance by authorities, insurers or rental providers. Do not claim government endorsement, guaranteed legal validity, guaranteed income or official representation. No spam, misleading advertisements, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, fabricated traffic, duplicate accounts or self-purchases to earn commission or unlock bonuses. Paid advertising using our brand names requires prior written approval. Our provided artwork is licensed only for programme promotion; do not modify it in a misleading way.

Personal QR codes and print files

Your QR encodes your stable personal referral URL. Print downloads are generated for your account. The desk sign has a QR on its front; the flyer has a QR only on the front page. Background artwork is managed by IDL Bali. Print at actual size, preserve the QR’s contrast and quiet zone and test the resulting scan before production. QR scanning still follows the same consent and attribution rules. We cannot control printer quality, third-party website behaviour or browser restrictions.

Reports and account information

Your dashboard shows recorded visits, valid paid orders, levels and balances. Monthly emails summarise the preceding month, the new month’s rate and your balances at the time of generation. You can disable monthly performance emails in your profile; essential security and payout messages continue. Reports can be updated by later refunds or corrections. Customer identity documents and private order information are not supplied to affiliates. Profile and bank information are used to operate the programme as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes, reviews and disputes

We may update future programme rates, thresholds, materials and these terms, and may pause or close registration. Material changes will be communicated through the programme or to affected partners as appropriate. Existing recorded commissions keep their original rate, subject to refunds, fraud and other corrections described above. If you believe an entry is incorrect, contact support@idlbali.com with your partner code and relevant reference so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These programme terms supplement the website’s Terms & Conditions.
